First Day in Full Pads for the Mountaineers
The WVU Football Team practiced in full pads for the first time today.
It's another sign the season opener is getting closer and closer.
There was some good hitting and tackling that took place this afternoon.
The Offense and Defense went at it a few times.
True Freshman Terrence Kerns looked pretty good running the ball and lowering his shoulder for extra yards.
Pat White and company worked quite a bit on the passing game. In fact, they ran pass plays for nearly an hour.
Junior Wide Receiver Alric Arnett made quite an impression today. Especially since he competed with a stomach virus.
Head Coach Bill Stewart was impressed.
